being part of the leadership team of large-scale organizations with 289200 employees as
well as a small-scale team and organization. Founder of a voluntary-based NGO to
outreach project related to inclusion in Education and advocacy. Researcher, presenter,
project manager, and author of different book chapters and articles in the area of
education.
